Our Master Chef: Charles Xu
Chef Charles Xu, co-founder of Noodle Master, brings a wealth of experience and international acclaim to the kitchen. A graduate of Dalian Culinary Professional College, Charles's journey has been marked by prestigious positions in renowned establishments like Shangri-La Hotel since 1997 and Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort. His achievement in securing third place at the World Cantonese Cuisine Championship in Hong Kong in 2017 is a testament to his culinary prowess. At Noodle Master, Charles's expertise in Chinese cuisine and innovative kitchen operations have been pivotal in creating a menu that's not only authentic but also a culinary adventure for the patrons.

Yanan Li's journey in Finland's culinary landscape has been marked by passion and perseverance. Having lived in Finland for over a decade, Yanan's expertise in Chinese cuisine and understanding of the Finnish market have been instrumental in Noodle Master's success. Her previous experience in running large Chinese restaurants in Helsinki provided her with the insights needed to navigate the challenges of the pandemic.
